On the ground floor of the farmhouse which opens out onto the main terrace and overlooks the swimming pool, there is a large “taverna” with brick vaulted ceilings. In the 18th century, the Taverna was once the stables where the horses were kept. However, now the room is a cosy common room for all of our guests to enjoy.
The space is divided into three main areas: a dining room, and two playing rooms, one with a biliard table and the other with a ping-pong table and a mini soccer table.
If the weather takes an unfortunate turn during your stay or if you would simply like to stay out of the sun and play some indoor games, the taverna is an ideal spot for your games, Both children and adults alike may enjoy the taverna, we do ask that our guests share the games tables considerately with the other guests. The games room is also often a meeting point for all of the guests.
In the taverna’s dining area, breakfast is served with a buffet in the morning and if guests wish to sit in the sun as they enjoy their breakfast, they may sit beneath the shade of the gazeboes, on the terrace which overlooks the swimming pool.
