GENERAL
One of S.Cristina’s greatest assets is it’s calm and tranquil atmosphere. Please help maintain this by being considerate of other guests when playing music, watching TV or using the games room in the “Taverna”. Please make sure that children’s games, especially by the pool, are not so noisy that they spoil the enjoyment of the other guests.
APARTMENTS
Cottages are suitable for 4 (min) up to 8 people. All the apartments are provided with TV and satellite system. Soaps, consuming products and hair dryer not provided. Self-catering service, breakfast not included.
KITCHENS IN THE APARTMENTS
The kitchen’s in the apartments may only be used by weekly guests. Kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Soaps and consuming products are not included.
BEDROOMS
Double dedrooms with twins or double bed. Bathroom ensuite. Available only during low and middle season. Nr. of nights min. 2 Heating included. B&B service.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm. When you arrive at S. Cristina, we will check you into your apartment and take you through the facilities we offer. As part of the check-in process, Italian law requires that we record the details of your passport or ID document, so please have this to hand when you first arrive. We also ask guests for a deposit of 150Euro against breakages, which is returnable on departure.
HEATING
Heating cost is not included in the price. Heating is based on consumption (autonomous system in every apartment).
RUBBISH
During the week please take your rubbish to the bins at the entrance to the castle cellar, which is situated by the small gate leading up to the castle.
CLEANING
Towels and linen are provided. These are changed and the apartments are cleaned every Saturday. Extra daily cleaning can be provided upon request for 10E.

SWIMMING POOL
The main swimming pool is a constant depth of 1.5 metres and both it and the children’s padding pool are unheated. Please ensure that children playng near the pool are properly supervised, since the pool is not fenced and there is no lifeguard. Management takes no responsibility for guests while they are in or near the pool, so please make sure that you take appropriate care.
DEPOSIT
For weekly stays we ask € 150 payable in cash upon arrival. This is fully refundable upon departure, after check-out.
CANCELATION OF THE BOOKING:
Apartments and B&B rooms rented for 5 days or more:
- 40 days or more before the beginning of the rental 30% of the full price
- 39-20 days before the beginning of the rental 45% of the full pricr
- 19-10 days before the beginning of the rental 75% of the full price
- 9 -1 before the beginning of the rental 100% of the full price
Apartments and B&B rooms rented for less then 5 days:
- 7 days or more before begining of the rental none fee
- 6-4 days before begining of the rental 50%
- 3-1 days before the begining of the rental 100%
GAMES
We do not run a booking system for the snooker, table tennis and table football in the games room. Instead we ask that you share them considerately if other guests also wish to play.
PARKING
Please feel free to use the gravel path immediately in front of the apartments to load and unload your luggage or shopping. However, at other times please, please park your car either in the lay-by on the road or on the track just beyond the apartments which leads down to the service area at the rear of the building.

COMMON ROOM
We call the games room and the dining room under the apartments the “TAVERNA”. Please feel free to use the tables in “Taverna” if you prefer to dine inside rather than on the Terrace or in your apartment.
KITCHEN IN THE COMMON ROOM
To be used only under S. Cristina staff permission.
CHECK-OUT
Please note that check-out time on your last day is 10.00 a.m. as we will prepare the apartments for the arriving guests.

TERRACE
The tables on the terrace are for everyone to use. If you do eat on the terrace please make sure that you do not leave behind any crockery, utensils or food from your apartment. Please leave the tables clean for other guests to use.
ANIMALS
Usually not accepted.
